Description | Responsible for all office management functions. Preparing time sheets Liaise with other agencies and our clients outside Egypt. Design filing systems Assists the manager in completing and following through on administrative problems and actions after a decision. Assists in the formulation, establishment and execution of administrative policies and procedures Implements improvement in methods, systems and organization of administrative and other services Takes notes and prepares meeting. Assists in preparing reports, budgets, contracts and other records and procedures Maintains an inventory of office supplies and equipment Processes bills for payment Supervise administrative support workers, and coordinate administrative support activities. Responsible for directing workers and seeing that their jobs are done efficiently. Support duties are needed in the departments or company. |
