1. Maintaining and increasing sales of company products, and reaching the targets and goals set for area. 2. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. 3. Serving the needs of existing customers. 4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. 5. Setting sales targets for individual reps. and the team as a whole. 6. Developing sales strategies and setting targets. 7. Compiling and analyzing sales figures. 8. Collecting customer feedback market researches. 9. Reporting to senior managers. 10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• A minimum of three years in an area sales manager role, preferably in the FMCG. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
