Check daily mails and respond to customer requests and questions. Follow up daily with customer service rep(s) any planning, production, finishing or shipping issues to ensure that orders are shipped on time. Enter customers orders into the system and inform customers with given shipping dates. Follow up customers payments on due invoices. Settle customer or sales agent commissions with the finance department. Develop business through presenting new products and ideas to customers to increase market share (UNDER SUPERVISION OF REGIONAL EXPORT MANAGER). Understand customers’ needs and present it to the product development department suitable trend directions (UNDER SUPERVISION OF REGIONAL EXPORT). Develop and maintain a strong interpersonal relationship with the customers and their supporting staff through continuous contact using phone, e-mails, and personal meetings (UNDER SUPERVISION OF REGIONAL EXPORT MANAGER). Forecast the customers’ sales and submit projections to management in order to service the business effectively Work with different departments (planning, production, and shipping) to ensure that all steps are carried out appropriately on time. Creates and propose to customers merchandising strategies, packing ideas and promotions. Continue to seek new business through researches. Approve the customers special accessories including labels, UPC barcodes and the like.
