Responsible for the management of the administration, facilities, maintenance, etc. of the foundation. • Responsible for Managing & Supervising the administration department including (Maintenance, Security, cleaning, Fleet, Warehouse, HSE)in all the branches . • To arrange for procurement of all required furniture as well payment of Rental, Electricity Transportation, Stationary, Computer Equipment and in coordination with the purchasing department. • To follow up on renewing and issuing all types of insurance certificates for company assets including but not limited to robbery, fire. • Responsible for delivering different administrative services through paying expenses on time (rental cost, telephone lines, and electricity) to ensure sustainability of services. •maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment; • supervise Renovations & site planning / Management activates.
