| Description | 1. Role To establish and maintain financial and management procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations, company policies and procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting principles. Establish and enhance preventive internal controls and ensure ongoing process improvement to maintain a well controlled environment.Supervise all routine financial accounting functions up to finalization of management, statutory reporting and inter company accounting. • Review of key Company processes to enhance efficiency within a well controlled environment. • Daily review of working capital utilization and cash flow management, analyzing change and advising accordingly; • formulating strategic and long-term business plans; • researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance; analyzing competitors and market trends; • developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; • conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; • managing a companys financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; • liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out; producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines; • managing budgets; • arranging new sources of finance for a companys debt facilities; • supervising staff;• At least 5 years experience as Finance Manager • |
