*To Continually provide high quality services within a certain Service Level Agreement. *Responsible for solving queries & building. *Acquire & update knowledge on procedures related to relevant process. *Meet targets on productivity & accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
*Excellent command of both written & spoken French language (native / near native accent) * Good command of English *Multi skills *Ability to work on shifts basis. *Good Computer Knowledge (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) *Ability to understand & interpret numeric data *1 year experience is an additional requirment.
