| Description | 1. Plan and review the following activates: IT operations, IT development services, and follow up the coordination of the assigned activities with the vendors and outside agencies. 2. Work with process owners to develop Solutions to resolve operational problems & enhance efficiencies 3. Organize the network infrastructure, computer related H/W and S/W, IT security, and IT project management. 4. Direct activities related to website, Internet, and Intranet services. 5. Assign tasks according to the plans needs. 6. Follow up the plans implementation. 7. Direct and maintain the planed time schedule of the plan. 8. Direct the budgeting forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipments, materials, and supplies. 9. Monitor and approve the expenditures, and implement the annual adjustments. |
