Description | To manage IT projects based on MS SharePoint and MS Dynamics ERM & CRM. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed in a manner that meets the implementation goals within the established time frame and budget to a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will work closely with the Customer Project Manager (PMO) to ensure successful completion of the project. The Project Manager should have a thorough understanding of MS SharePoint and MS Dynamics products and its related technologies. The Project Manager have to ensure that the technical and application consulting resources are successfully executing on the established project plan. The typical responsibilities, duties and tasks are: •Set up and manage appropriate governance structures and reporting relationships. •Participate in project definition workshops. •Participate in business analysis sessions. •Analyze problems and propose possible resolution options. •Plan and conduct the activities for all project phases. •Establish effective issue and risk management procedures. •Establish effective change management and benefits management procedures. •Maintain the documentation for the whole project life cycle. •Manage the project / application team members to satisfy the project implementation on time with a high quality level. •Coordinates activities of internal teams or external vendors |
Qualifications | •Certified professional PMP. •Bachelor degree in IT or other related accredited discipline. •Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing IT projects with at least 3 projects experience in MS SharePoint and/or MS Dynamics. •Fundamental understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in data warehouse or business intelligence reporting projects of a large organization is a plus. •Fair knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step and best practices. •Basic knowledge of related Microsoft technologies (MS SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server). •Experience with Microsoft Office Project and other tools that support project management. •Experience with the management of risk, change, issues, time, scope, resources, budget, and quality. Experience in managing human, financial and physical resources of a project to ensure the achievement of outputs required. |

Compensations | Competitive renewable project-based offers for three to six months.
