| Description | •Create project plan after receiving it from Project/Area Manager. •Identify the labor requirements and notify the Project /Area Manager. •Contact customer to set the priorities for the project implementation. •Identify, notify the role and tasks for each Technician and follow their performance. •Preparing high-quality written reports and presentations for management and customer review •Deliver solutions of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards of quality. •carrying out site surveys •negotiating product requirements with customers •providing technical guidance •working to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team •Meet with the general public engineering regulations, standards, or policies. •Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams. •Other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications | • University degree or college diploma in the field of Communication Engineering • [3-4] years direct work experience in a communication projects, preferably fiber • Strong familiarity with Primavera and AutoCAD • Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies. • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities. • Flexible during times of change. • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. • Customer service skills an asset. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. |
