The primary responsibilities are: formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Work may include development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices. Work includes analyzing and recommending posts and benefits of alternative matters of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations, implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and dues of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.
A- Skill in identifying, analyzing and resolving a range of budgetary problems such as development of alternative methods of funding, formulation of budget estimates for programs in with funding requirements have changes significantly. Intensive knowledge of administrative and financial management systems. B- Ability to lead, supervises, motivate and counsel employees. Knowledge of basic supervisor, management principals, practices, procedures and regulations.
