1. Responsible for all Technical Departments as Contract Administration, Tendering, Procurement, QS, Design & Shop Drawing, Cost Control and Document Controlling. 2. Responsible for the business development and company strategies including the searching for new work opportunities and marketing activities. 3. Establish and follow up the technical departments system to match the company needs and strategies. 4. Monitoring and supervise all projects to insure the applying the proper procedures and quality. 5. Prepare the monthly reports of all projects including and not limited to cash in/out, procurement plans, labor plans, remaining works, subcontractors status, etc… 6. Review the company financial situation and propose solutions if required.
18-25 years experience, preferably of contractor background
