| Qualifications | Knows how to researches educational resources and creates abstract, news items and hyperlinks to post to hosted web site. Analyze and diagnose malfunctions and problems related to computer equipment and software. The ability to operate audiovisual and related peripheral equipment. Principles and operation of the Internet, network infrastructure, various computer platforms and operating system. Working knowledge of software application programs including database , spreadsheets , word processing , and desktop publishing . Experience in presenting training sessions . |
