Description | • Receive primary shipping declaration from inside sales. • Receive final shipping declaration from clients& check its context. • Send daily booking to H.O using Lara and Diva applications. • Send primary list to Loading Department. • Follow amendments , short shipment with Loading Department and all the concerned dpts( C/S ,Logistics & Documentation Department) • Handle clients’ inquires in the office ( Counter Officer) • Follow amendments with clients before & after vessel departure. • Solve clients’ problems throughout the Organization. |
Qualifications | 1) 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Department. 2) Very good command of English and Arabic. 3) High communication skills. |
