| Description | •Define the product strategy and roadmap •Study and analysis the business objective of the product •Follow up the business plan of the product •Be an expert with respect to the competition •Deliver a monthly revenue forecast for the product •Imagine the features and the sub features of the product •Publish the features for all the stakeholders. •Be familiar with the cost of developing each feature. •Prepare the order fulfillment process and reports needed to manage the product. •Be very aware of the market / competitors / technology. •Keep monitoring of the Obstacles & challenges along the way and take the prompt actions •Be responsible for the profitability of the product (ROI). •Be in touch with customers. •Discuss new possibilities with high management. •Be available to the teams (answer questions, negotiate). |
