Description	•Responsible for ongoing maintenance of professional competency by regular monitor. Participate in quality monitoring, improvement programs, appropriate education and training, and for documenting such participation. •Collaborate with all medical laboratory technologists and other health professionals to ensure the safe and effective delivery of service. •Ensure Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures are followed. •Perform all required laboratory tests according to established procedures. •Participate in the development of departmental policy and procedure when required.
Qualifications	•Bsc of medicine, pharmacy, or science. •TQM diploma is a must. •Medical background is a must. •Graduate of English language school •General knowledge of laboratory quality assurance methods •General knowledge of medical and legal risks. Skill in performing a variety of laboratory tests using both standard and complex laboratory equipment. •Very good Skills in reading and following scientific laboratory methods and complex instructions.
