1. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 2. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures. 3. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects 4. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team. 5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 6. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives. 7. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. 8. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity 9. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. 10. Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. 11. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. 12. Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. 13. Analyzes marketing potential of new and existing store locations, sales statistics, and expenditures to formulate policy. 14. Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
• Bachelor degree and professional certificate in sales or business administration is a plus • 9 years experience included at least 3 years in sales management.
