Technical Affairs Manager( finishing - construction )

For a leading construction group, we are seeking to hire Technical Affairs Manager:
For one of their subsidiaries.

Requirements:

1.Must have a Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

2.Experience not less than 15 years.


3.Good knowledge of financial practices.

4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of internal and external partners.


5.Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

6.Key organizational skills and the ability to organize and communicate tasks to others.


7.Ability to adapt to changing situations.

8.Business writing skills.



Job Description:

1.Responsible for all Technical Departments as Contract Administration, Tendering, Procurement, QS, Design & Shop Drawing , Planning, Cost Control and Document Controlling.

2.Responsible for the business development and company strategies including the searching for new work opportunities and marketing activities.


3.Establish and follow up the technical departments system to match the company needs and strategies.

4.Monitoring and supervise all projects to insure the applying the proper procedures and quality.


5.Prepare the monthly reports of all projects including and not limited to cash in/out, procurement plans, labor plans, planning, remaining works, subcontractors status, etc

6.Review the company financial situation and propose solutions if required.
