| Description | - A Creative Director with exceptional talent in design who will be able to oversee the creative team of designers. Your role will be focused on developing creative concepts and providing design direction with quality management, whilst ensuring that the Marketing’ needs are being met. -Will be responsible for a full fledge Creative Department to run smoothly, efficiently and proactively, to produce big ideas, to translate Marketing strategies into impactful creative messages, always striving for excellence. - Will work directly with the Creative team and Senior Management. - Will establish a team work between the Creative Department and the Marketing Servicing Department, co-ordinate closely and joining efforts for a better output. Our work environment is conducive to innovation, where creative people realize their potential and fulfill their passion for creation. You will be expected to deal with the relaxed atmosphere of this design-based practice, however fast thinking and action will be essential in dealing with the local market. |
| Qualifications | - Leadership and management skills with ability to work with and motivate others in team - Ability to storyboard, direct and develop documentaries and TVCs from conception to delivery - Strong intuitive understanding of branding, art direction and design background with the ability to think creatively across multiple media - 2D, 3D, static, moving, product, space and environment - -Strategic thinking and the ability to articulate and communicate persuasively is essential - Must hold a good rapport with clients and have the ability to conduct Marketing presentations in a persuasive manner - - Willing to pass on skills, motivating and inspiring others and to work as part of a team - Up to date with trends, styles, fashions and technology - A responsible, flexible and positive attitude |
