Description | - Receive phone calls, meet, greet and interact with department’s clients. - Establish, maintain and regularly update VPs filing system that preserves and stores documents in an easy to retrieve manner. - Handle Incoming and outgoing documents. - Draft and type documents, internal memos and emails - English or Arabic - and maintain hard copies for the filing system if needed. - Translate English/Arabic documents whenever required. - Setup and coordinate meetings and take minutes then send it electronically to attendees. - Coordinate the Vice President’s personal calendar and his appointments. - Assist the Vice President in preparing power point presentations materials, including graphics and charts. - Communicate and follow up with other departments on any active issues. - Acquire department’s leaves plan every quarter. - Perform general clerical duties as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. - Perform other duties as assigned. |
Qualifications | - Bachelors degree in any discipline from a reputable university. - Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing organization. - Excellent command of both English and Arabic. - Expert in MS Office applications. |
