| Description | 1.Directs & insure that all the technical services provided in terms of the contractual agreement in place between CFM & the client. 2.Organise service teams to provide the services in the most cost effective & efficient manner. 3.Budget & financial planning 4.Manage directly provided services & 3rd party contractors concluded with the client 5.Arrange for the & have regular meetings with 3rd party service providers on performance levels for services they provide to our clients 6.Ensure that best services possible is provided to clients by the application of physical monitoring techniques 7.Regular physical & comprehensive inspections 8.Communicate thoroughly & at a high level with immediate superiors,the client & all other staff involved with the buildings under management 9.provide direct on the job training to subordinates as necessary 10.Interface with corporate structure 11.Company policies, codes & practices 15.Computerised maintenance management system |
| Qualifications | 1.English proficiency is a must 2.3-5 years in a Junior Management level 3.Excellent offices kills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ..) 4.Engineering background is preferable |
