Description | Keep personnel policies and practices up-to-date and ensure they are in line with the Egyptian law. Liaise with the Finance department regarding the execution of the payroll on a monthly basis Ensure all employee files are complete in line with any legal requirements Administer all aspects of social benefits including social and medical insurance for the designated employees Act as a site manager of DanFarm and handle all aspects related to transportation of employees, meals/catering, security, and maintaining the site’s cleanness and hygiene standards Manage recruitment of workers/technicians based on the need of DanFarm starting from identifying potential employees until the onboarding procedure Arrange for onboarding procedures for new hires including administering employee contracts, other necessary documentation and/or equipment Handle the relationship and dealings with governmental authorities including aspects related to permits, licenses, utilities, social insurance, employee relations, etc…and ensure all required documentation is secured Handle periodical visits conducted by governmental authorities |
Qualifications | A degree from a recognized academic institution A minimum of 5 years experience in the area of human resources/personnel administration Ability to use MS Office applications |
