| Description | To direct and control the manufacture process to meet agreed production target with planned levels of cost and product quality 1.Ensure the weekly production target are met within agreed standards of cost and product quality 2.Ensure all plants and equipment is maintained efficiently to give lowest life cycle cost and obtain optimism manufacturing efficiency 3.Prepare and gain agreement for, and implement capital expenditure plan within acceptable cost limits 4.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all employees teams in order to promote good industrial relations 5.Ensure that appropriate health and safety practices are implemented and observed throughout the factory to meet company standards. 6.Ensure that all levels of staff are recruited, developed and motivated to maintain and improve departmental performance. |
| Qualifications | He understand well medical herb & medical manufacturing industries (standard- regulations ) / also knew safety & hygiene procedures/ he know work flow & process map of his are a& other on e (TQM) / strong knowledge of product specification & developments /Production & Factory Manager should have goodmachinery technology. knowledge and skill in strategic thinking/ he should have highly developed knowledge and skill in planning and scheduling / also in execution / follow up Should have deepand taken corrective action/ And information management system understanding of the organization vision strategies and translate these into function objective and action plan / know KPI’s & KQI’s to monitor performance efficiency/ productivity to be able to set and review personnel objective |
