Description	Production Manager, responsibilities to include and not limit to: 1.Manage & lead the Production department and team in all Related duties 2.Direct and coordinate production, processing, and distribution activities of industrial organization 3.Meeting production plans on time ( monthly, quarterly & yearly) 4.Direct efficient utilization of production capacity and human resources 5.Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints 6.Implementing safety policies & standards to secure personnel and safeguarding machinery 7.Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems 8.Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems 9.Train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances 10.Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality 11.Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines
Qualifications	- Pharmacist with at least 15 yrs of experience in the Production department with more than 5 yrs in a managerial position, in a large or a multinational pharmaceutical Organization Post Graduate studies in Pharmaceutical Management or quality management is a plus. - Excellent background in GMP, GSP, and Audit procedures and regulations. - Excellent Leadership and coaching skills with proven ability to lead a team.
