| Description | 1.Directs & insure that all the technical services provided in terms of the contractual agreement in place between CFM & the client are provided 2.Organise services teams to provide the services in the most cost effective & efficient manner 3.Budget & financial planning 4.Assist the COO or his delegated representative with the value added components of the monthly reports to the client 5.Manage directly provided services & 3rd party contractors as required in terms of contracts concluded with the client 6.Arrange for & have regular meetings with 3rd party service providers on performance levels for those services/contracts they provide to our clients 7.Ensure that the best services possible is provided to clients by the application of physical monitoring techniques 8.Regular physical & comprehensive inspection 9.Communicate thoroughly & at a high level with immediate superiors, the client & all other staff involved with the buildings under management 10.Provide direct on the job training to subordinates as necessary 11.company polices,codes & practices 12.Interface with corporate structures 13.Computerised maintenance management system |
