Description | 1. Pricing, Estimating, Cost Control, Value Engineering, Directing& Planning activities, Evaluations of Subcontractors& Suppliers with their commercial& Contractual deviations. 2. Communications, Negotiations and Contracts relative to estimating matter. 3. Provide projects management of assigned proposals for construction ensuring the project are successfully defined within the budget and on schedule. 4. Act as a point of contact& work with the top management. 5. The selection and contracting of consultant services, contracts and acting as liaison between Client, Engineering, Design Firm and Contractor. |
