Description | 1- Administer and execute the monthly payroll process and all its related deductions and additions and monthly closing. 2- Review and administer the benefits provided and ensure that the benefits are cost effective and of value to the employee population. 3-Submit and conduct wages surveys within Labor market to determine competitive wage rate. 4-Assist in updating Company HR local Policies and procedures whenever required and follow the legal matters related to human resources compensations. 5-Plan, produce, and administer staff and management training programs through conducting programs to develop employee skills and impart organization practices and policies. 6- Prepare the HR annual budget. 7- Submit the Headcount information sheet to the HO. 8- Prepare the Employees End Of Service settlement. 9- Assist the Finance Department in the HR/ Finance common related projects. 9- Other assigned responsibilities. |
Qualifications | 1-(2-3) Years experience in Compensation and Benefits. 2- Very Good command of Arabic and English. 3-Prior payroll experience is an asset. 4- Very good analytical skills. |
