Description | 1.To prepare the university revenue budget ) 2.To prepare the university scholarship budget (government, donors, sports, cultural, etc.). 3.To assist the administration to decide upon tuition fees and expenditures of the university. 4.Integrate the university’s strategic planning across the different functions of the Student Financial Affairs Office. 5.To conduct studies and surveys and make proposals 7.To interview parents and /or students, to investigate applications and make necessary decisions regarding individual cases. 6.Direct, and organize the administration of all student aid, scholarship, work study, and all other programs, and to establish communication links between the Office of Student Financial Affairs and the Depts. /Units concerned. 7.To develop and create relevant financial statistics required by senior management, donors or any other concerned. 8.To conduct case studies and participate in the committee selecting awards. 9.To assist Vice President for Student Affairs in the budget 10.To exercise budgetary control, and give guidance to the key person in various offices 11.To administer the Commencement’s budget. |
Qualifications | -Education: * University degree (B.A. or equivalent) -Experience: * Minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field. -Skills: * High command of English and Arabic languages. * Ability to prepare, understand and analyze reports and statistics. * Very high interviewing, appraising and communication skills. * Knowledge of simple computer applications and systems |
