| Description | After-sales Project Performance: ensure the performance of the contract and the security and stability of the products, organize the project members to conduct the after-sales project performance, such as site survey, installation and commissioning, system maintaining and upgrading, customer service, logistics, control and supervise the progress of each item from an overall perspective. Subcontractor Management: choose the appropriate subcontractor to ensure the efficient performance of the contract. Under the guidance of the work flow of the Headquarters, organize the process of selecting, assessing, affirming, cooperating with, and evaluating the subcontractor. Logistics Management: ensure the performance of the contract and the security and stability of the products, according to relevant rules of Headquarters and Representative Office, appoint the project members to handle customs clearance, transport and other logistics management of equipment and spare parts. Information feedback: organize relevant staff to write memos and feedback the products’ condition and customers’ new demands to Commerce/Technology Section to timely inform the Headquarters of the customer’s condition, share customer information and improve customer service. |
| Qualifications | 1. Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Electronics, or related discipline. 2. Over 3 years’ technology or engineering experience in telecommunication field, overseas experience preferred. 3. Have Communication Networks knowledge, proficient with at least 2 kinds of ZTE products, have a clear idea about their technology details and engineering process. |
