Description | • Quality control on all translation teams • Help build and manage a translation team • Identify and create quality documents, terminology lists, content brand instructions • Oversee cultural consistency and quality • Identify areas for creation and improvement of destination content and manage content writing staff • Regularly spot check translations |
Qualifications | • Minimum 4 years’ working experience in translation from English to Arabic • Capable manager who can motivate their team and objectively ensure high standards of quality and maintain quantified results • Familiarity with Translation Management systems and software and competent at using these tools to boost productivity • Proven ability to deliver against aggressive deadlines • Mastery of the translation, revision and proofreading techniques • More than 2 years of unmonitored experience as a reviser • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic • Superior organizational skills, great attention to details and high level of accuracy • Excellent project management, time-management and multi-tasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills • Accountability, autonomy and leadership • Openness in regards to the ongoing revision process • Passion for travel is an added value |
