All the office, paper & Accurate filingdocumentation tasks: & Translating all Responsible for the Couriers categorizing Formingkinds of correspondences from Arabic to English and vice versa Firmcorrespondences to governmental and official authorities Preparing contracts on Preparing Newsletters controlling of invoices Negotiating with hotels to Respond to public inquiries the Word Hotel reservations for both Alexandria andobtain the best prices Regulate the movements of samples Cairo’s Staff Tracking all the pending shipments. & sending samples to domestic and international Customers. 7. Other related duties as assigned. |
