Technical CSR

Description

We are looking for a Technical customer service representative, answering customers calls, providing help and services, handling customers complaints and being Patient with them.

Basic Qualifications
Graduate in any field, BSc Graduate preferred.
Experience is not required but preference.
IT Skills: Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
CCNA Knowledge (Certificate is not required) or technical experience
Languages: Good command of Arabic and English (oral/written),
Maximum Age 30.
Males Must Have Identified Military Status
