1. First point of contact for managers above HR administrative level as well as managers outside of their region 2. Work with management to ensure organizational structure, systems and processes are in alignment with business objectives. 3. Communicate and implement corporate HR systems, programs and strategies, effectively and efficiently, including: o Planning and infrastructure o Employee relations o Recruiting and staffing o Merger and acquisition activity o Employee, management and team development o Performance management and appraisal, including compensation process and implementation 4. Evaluate needs of business respective client basis in order to support business objectives and contribute to overall success of business 5. Take a lead role in coordinating with and leveraging other HR resources and external resources throughout the region 6. Participate as a global HR team member to create global consistency on HR practices and policies 7. May or may not supervise direct reports
Developing, implementing, and overseeing the proactive administration of various Human Resources programs and services. Partnering across the HR organization. Minimum of 7 years directly applicable HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience.
