Description | -Handling Customer Requests from Middle east and North Africa regions . -Handling WCDMA and M2000 problems -Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Arabic TAC workflow and regulations 4. Accepting the Customers Requests, Responding & resolving them quickly & effectively according to SLA. -Supporting Projects Inside/outside Egypt -Working in shifts if needed. -Sharing the team in meetings /Presentations within the department to provide technical perspective of Wireless Product line. |
Qualifications | -Minimum 4 years experience in related field. - Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering. - Fluent English. - Excellent Communication Skills. -Awareness of Huawei Access equipment . -Team player,Practical and fast learner. - Familiar with BSC,BTS,Single RAN equipments and OMC Server - Familiar with GSM RNP &RNO Parameters. - Familiar with UNIX, Linux OS and Database. - Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to travel and work in 24* 7 shifts - Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes |
