o Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. o Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services. o Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client site. o Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.  


 
o Good Knowledge in UNIX Operating Systems, Linux –Redhat & shell scripting o Good Knowledge in Telcom environment o Experience with DB Administrator o CCNA certificate is must o Experience with Hardware , Software Issue o College degree in Computer Science or relevant o 0-3 years of experience
