Description	I.Assuring the Application of the quality policy of Lactalis group in the factory to exceed all the internal audits II.Ensure that the all manufacturing techniques apply the performance standard for minds GMP’s and that the procedure to be followed by production engineer and also by manufacturing technicians III.Follow up the obstacles or problems that have been occurred during the previous shift and ensure the resolution of this problems IV.Ensure the respect of sampling plan V.Check the pH and fermentation time for yogurt in incubator and after cooling VI.Check the enregistration sheet filled by production technician VII.Data analysis of the results VIII.Prevent any possibility for the occurrence accidents and mistakes IX.Should be to perform any job , requested by his manager X.Follow the production with the action plan XI.Cooperate with the team to win the ISO certificates XII.Follow the hygiene for phoenix project XIII.Develop and training the people in the production to change the mentality XIV.Prevent any possibility for the occurrence of any contamination. XV.Check the machine during running ( date , weight ,packaging , filling temp and fermentation curve XVI.Check the deep cleaning of filling machine during CIP running and filling area
Qualifications	1.1.Background Experience : minimum 3 years in quality line 1.2.Knowledge Process ,packaging quality ,how to train the people in the line , computer tools, communications skills, language skills
Gender	Male
Experience	3 - 5 Years.
