Description	1. -Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the implementation of launched production program according to the schedule. a. Ensures adequate raw and packaging materials for production use b. Ensures available labor is organized according to labor standard c. Coordinate with maintenance for the needed set up or repair of line or machine or accessories d. Reviews checklist or log sheet to ensure completeness and accuracy. 2. - Responsible for the supervision of the production line to ensure operation according to standard procedure and producing the products according to the quality standards and specification. 3. - Responsible for ensuring safety in the conduct of production operation 4. - Coordinates with warehouse in charge on matters related to finished product issuance and corresponding reports. 5. - Reviews variance reports and takes corrective action to eliminate repetitive occurrence. 6. -Continuously analyses the source of problems affecting the quality, efficiency and losses. 7. -Suggests active alterations to improve quality and efficiencies along with continuous improvement attitude. 8. -Ensures that hygiene rules & GMP are strictly in place. 9. -Ensures adequate training, whether formal or informal is given to all line personnel under his responsibility.
Qualifications	1. -Good supervisory skills. 2. -Co-ordination skills. 3. -Technical background on production equipment efficiency and quality control. 4. -Communication skills with other departments. 5. -Time management skills to control production schedules. 6. -Basic Computers Skills.
