Description	•Managing the indoor and outdoor cleaning budget. •Ensuring the consistency of cleanness in optimal quality & work standards at all times. •Setting & modifying work plans & following up on them to ensure no deviations during their implementation. •Controlling chemicals and materials consumption of the site. •Assisting in the preparation of operational reports. •Following up on the start-up & preparation of any new contract & insuring that cleaning is done to contract specifications. •Following up on workers attendance & leaves. •Following up on the preventive maintenance for all the machines he is using. •Responsible for his subordinates performance appraisals, bonus & deductions.
Qualifications	Good Communication skills to deal with parties. Ability to manage subordinates
