Responsible for running the team of sales and making sure they stay on task to Achieve their sales targets . 2- Recruiting, retaining, and training sales staff. 3-Preparing and sticking to a yearly operations budget to make sure costs are kept in check. 4-Conduct staff meetings to get information into their staffs hands quickly and be available to answer all questions. 5-Come up with selling incentives and training programs to keep his agents at the top of their game. 6-Oversee the implementation of any program in order to keep attracting clients
1.10 years of real estate sales experience and at least a 4 years of management experience. 2. MBA, is a plus. 3. Should have a strong knowledge of any regulatory requirements. 4-University Degree
