| Qualifications | 1.Placing purchase orders to foreign suppliers, 2.Negotiate to achieve the best price & the highest quality, 3.Follow up the order till receiving the shipping documents, 4.Follow up with the shipping company & the customs when order are delivered, 5.Checking the delivery of goods to our warehouse, 6.Checking with the staff the quality of the products, 7.Preparing claim reports in case of finding any defects in the delivered goods & sending to the supplier, 8.Coding & costing the items of the shipment, 9.Following the monthly sales report & checking the stock in the warehouse, 10.Preparing yearly inventory reports. |
