| Description | - Developing, implementing and monitoring the Annual Plans of the technical Units; -Guiding and supporting the Units technically and financially in the implementation of the Social Development of the national and international projects; - Monitoring the application of all NSCE procedures in the daily work of the social and community Units; - Maintaining close co-operation with the Vice Director Support in implementing NSCEs social development and community project portfolio; - Guidance and monitoring of social and community marketing activities; - Developing requirements for and supporting the development of the Human Resources of the Technical Units. |
| Qualifications | - University Degree in public Administration, business management, rural development, engineering, social sciences; - At least 15 years of proven thrive professional experience in practical; developing, working and managing of (international) projects in rural and urban areas in social and community development; - Proven experience in leadership skills, in business process management, strategic planning as well as in training; - Proven ability of stimulating employees and teams; -Excellent knowledge (verbal and written) of the English and preferably also of the French language; - Experienced user of communication and information facilities. |
